You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nudge Buddy. Provide accurate information when signing up.
Use Nudge Buddy to support your own focus and productivity. Don't use it to harm others, circumvent security measures, or violate any applicable laws.
Your tasks, notes, and data belong to you. We store them solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
We aim to keep Nudge Buddy running smoothly but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify features with reasonable notice.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email.
