Our Approach

Nudge Buddy is built with privacy as a default, not an afterthought. We collect only what we need to make the app work for you, and nothing more.

What We Collect

• Account info: name and email address you provide at signup
• Your content: tasks, notes, calendar events, and workspace data you create
• Usage data: basic analytics to understand how features are used (no individual profiling)

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't show you ads
• We don't build behavioral profiles
• We don't share your data with third parties except to run the service (e.g., hosting)

Voice & AI Features

Voice transcription happens locally in your browser using the Web Speech API — audio is not sent to our servers. AI responses use your task context but are not stored or used for model training.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Settings.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
